The Role

Drive sales growth across schools, colleges, and universities in the region. Lead partnerships and relationships to expand our presence in the education sector primarily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities across various sales segments.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within each identified sales segment.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional target from all sales segments.
  • Strategically target and guide the team to acquire new clients, negotiating terms and agreements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for each sales segment.
  • Explore upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams within each sales segment.
  • Actively participate in Marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list/database of prospect clients using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in institutional sales, a strong network in the education sector, and fluency in local languages is required.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the region.
