About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic projects across cost optimization, pricing, digital transformation, and new business initiatives in a fast-scaling environment.

This role will involve partnering with CXOs and business leaders to define and execute strategic priorities, leading cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects, driving pricing strategy, digital transformation, and process re-engineering initiatives, conducting market and competitive analysis, developing robust business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps, tracking progress on key programs, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategic priorities with senior leadership.
  • Lead cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Drive pricing strategy, digital transformation, and process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop robust business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Track progress on key programs and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting or in a founder's office / strategy role in a high-growth organization.
  • Strong exposure to cost optimization, pricing, digital transformation, or business strategy projects.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work in high-visibility roles.
