Title: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex trading technology and fintech projects from inception to delivery. This role requires leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring project alignment with business objectives and trading operations requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for trading platform implementations.

- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Coordinate with stakeholders including technology teams, and external vendors.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.

- Drive agile methodologies and best practices.

- Manage resource allocation and team capacity planning.

- Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

- 4+ years of project management experience, experience in trading technology, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

- Understanding of trading operations, financial markets, and related technologies.

- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).

- Global team collaboration.
