- Managing relationships with vendors, coordinating with them throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring they fulfil their contractual obligations.
- Identifying potential risks associated with contracts, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors regarding project related matters.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Experience in the specific industry or field relevant to the projects being managed.
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks related to contract law and compliance.
