Requirements:


• At least 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong enterprise software knowledge.


• Proven expertise in domains such as HCM and Payroll is essential.


• Strong technical skills in programming languages and database systems or functional expertise in setup and configuration of enterprise applications.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or extensive experience working with large clients.


• Familiarity with North America and EMEA regions is beneficial.


• Excellent communication skills are required.
