Job Opportunity:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented CA Inter-qualified professionals to support U.S.-based CPA firms with tax preparation, compliance, and accounting work from the comfort of their home in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare U.S. tax forms including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, 941, and 940.
  • Support year-round compliance tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll tax filings.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of all assigned work.

Essential Requirements:

  • CA Inter-qualification via direct entry route (B.Com or equivalent degree).
  • Excellent understanding of core accounting and taxation principles.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness and ability to learn U.S. tax systems and procedures.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Comfortable working night-shift hours and meeting U.S. time zone expectations.

Benefits Package:

  • A competitive salary range of INR ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 lakhs per annum, paid monthly in INR.
  • Equivalent to $8,500 USD/year, depending on exchange rates.
