Strategic Contact Center Administrator

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of contact center software. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce management concepts, including planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Contact Center Software
- Design and Implement Effective Rules and Configuration
- Administer Plans to Support Use Case Deployment from Conception to Delivery
- Investigate Inquiries and Validate Potential Issues Reported by Users
- Identify Key Administrative Activities and Enforce them Regularly
- Monitor Project Metrics and Identify Successes and Opportunities
- Effectively Support Application with Multiple Providers
- Strong Understanding of Contact Center Software Administration
- Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in Relevant Tools and Technologies
