Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Contact Center, located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will manage day-to-day operations, oversee customer service and satisfaction, handle contact center management, and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities will include monitoring performance, training staff, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experiences.

- Contact Center Management and Contact Center Operations skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Experience in financial services or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
