Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of complex ServiceNow projects. As a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a strong focus on ITSM modules.

You will act as a primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the ServiceNow project lifecycle. This includes gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Your expertise in ITSM modules, knowledge of ServiceNow platform concepts, terminology, and capabilities will drive client communications and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Supporting project management activities, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and managing timelines and risks.
