Breakwater Construction Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakwater Construction Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a proven track record of designing and constructing breakwater systems.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and construction of rubblemound, vertical, and hybrid breakwaters to ensure the protection of port infrastructure. They will also oversee port expansion projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

In addition, the Breakwater Construction Professional will apply their expertise in hydrodynamics, coastal erosion, and sediment transport to optimize breakwater and shoreline protection systems. They will work closely with government bodies, environmental agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure the project's smooth execution and compliance with regulatory standards.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have 10+ years of experience in breakwater construction, port development, or coastal engineering projects. They should possess expertise in designing and implementing breakwater systems, including knowledge of materials, hydrodynamics, and coastal processes.

Candidates should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in challenging coastal environments. A B.E. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent qualification is required, with a Coastal Engineering Certification being a plus. Experience working in the Kerala region or on Indian port development projects is also desirable.
