Job Title: Infrastructure Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support for industrial structures across various projects.

  • This includes working closely with offshore teams to deliver extended engineering services, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with clients to understand project requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with expertise in design software such as STAAD, SAFE, and ETABS.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineering support for industrial structures
  • Support sales team in business development initiatives
  • Work with clients to understand project requirements
  • Visit client locations for technical discussions
  • Lead civil and structural teams
  • Provide engineering support to customer teams
  • Coordinate with local authorities for approval of engineering designs and drawings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering with a major in structural engineering
  • More than 5 years of experience in industrial structural design
  • Familiarity with codes such as ACI 318, ASCE, AISC, IBC
  • Good experience with structural design software
