We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM (Building Information Modelling) Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of BIM processes and standards in our office, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure alignment with global technical and quality standards.
- Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the office.
- Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
- Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
- Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
