Job Opportunity

This is a role that offers the chance to be part of a team working on socially impactful projects across India. The ideal candidate will have strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools, with experience in complex architecture or interiors projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects
  • Collaborate with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices
  • Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases
  • Train, mentor, and support project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries
  • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms (BIM 360 / ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborative tools
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools
  • Maintain project documentation in alignment with firm-wide BIM protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role
  • Strong communication skills — ability to liaise with global teams, consultants, and non-BIM stakeholders
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to balance both strategy and execution
  • Willing to work from the South Mumbai office (5 days a week)
