">Job Description:The BIM Manager will lead and manage multiple Architecture, MEP projects simultaneously. This role requires strategic planning, project coordination, and effective team management.
- Project Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.
- Client Partnership:
- Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.
- Business Development:
- Leverage industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase advanced BIM capabilities.
- Collaborate with the business development team to win and secure new projects.
- Timely Delivery:
- Exercise meticulous oversight of project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Industry Best Practices:
- Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and have a minimum of 20+ years of experience in the field.
This is an immediate joiners preferred opportunity. The job is based in Kozhikode, India and requires full-time presence.
