EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 - 10 Years

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree / Diploma in Civil/ Architecture/ Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

• Extensive experience in BIM implementation and Management.

• Good knowledge in BIM standards, International Codes, LOD Specifications, COBie Standards, BIM Forum Standards and RIBA Plan of Work.

• Proficiency in BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360 and Microsoft Office Applications.

• Basic knowledge in all Disciplines / Systems of AEC Industry.

• Ability to prepare Technical Frameworks and Execution Plans for BIM Projects.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to explore, adapt, and implement new technology.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related questions and requests
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software, standards, workflows, and processes
• Train new users on BIM software and workflows
• Develop and maintain BIM templates, families, libraries, and other shared content
• Coordinate BIM model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings
• Monitor BIM model quality and accuracy, ensuring that models meet project requirements
• Generate BIM execution plans, model management plans, and other project deliverables
• Manage BIM model changes and revisions throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare BIM models for construction documentation and handoff
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that BIM objectives are met
• Serve as a resource for troubleshooting BIM issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 to 8 Years

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• B-Tech/Diploma

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience.

• Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Electrical services, BIM standards, methodologies, and best practices.

• Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination processes and clash detection procedures.

• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.

• Experience with developing and implementing BIM training programs.
