Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Infrastructure BIM Specialist to drive the development of detailed building information models for public health projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • BIM Development: Create and manage comprehensive BIM models that adhere to project specifications and industry standards, ensuring seamless integration of various components.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Model Coordination: Identify and resolve potential conflicts through meticulous model coordination and clash detection, guaranteeing timely completion and accuracy of BIM deliverables.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models meet relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations, to maintain exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, effectively manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM outputs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency, upholding the highest standards in BIM model creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services is essential.
  • Familiarity with PHE & Fire Protection Services design principles is an added advantage.
