Project Professionals Wanted for Infrastructure Roles

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in the execution of industrial and commercial infrastructure projects. As a Project Execution Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordination at micro-level using Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS)
  • Monitoring and documentation of progress, including daily photos
  • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with BOQ/SOQ, drawings, contract documents, and other tender materials
  • Ensuring site conditions align with design drawings and reporting any discrepancies early on
  • Coordinating with vendors to obtain correct and comprehensive GFC drawings and specifications
  • Updating project trackers and books on a weekly basis
  • Monitoring quality and workmanship during project execution and issuing detailed snag lists to vendors for rectification
  • Ensuring safety of execution works and documenting near-miss incidents
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and handing over to FM & Ops teams with readiness/go-live intimation
  • Documenting handover of completed projects to FM teams, adhering to HOTO signoff process, and providing warranty certificates, service reports, and other deliverables
  • Verifying and processing RA bills according to contract and certifying vendor invoices immediately upon project completion

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement cost-saving ideas aligned with design teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial/commercial infrastructure projects
  • BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of project management, with PMI certification being an advantage
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Preferred location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
