Job Description:

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and work closely with the Project Team on other special planning and departmental projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs. The candidate will be responsible for coordination with project manager, stake holders and client.

Responsibilities:

· Designing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team.

· Knowledge of Scrum Framework.

· Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.

· Coordinating with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning.

· Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.

· Observing the systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision.

· Collaborating with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution.
