Construction Project Coordinator Job Description

This is a pivotal role that demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project coordination, construction management, logistics, or related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage backlogs and optimize material scheduling to prevent project delays.
  • Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and Head Office for timely project execution.
  • Process construction closures in systems, ensuring compliance and document submission.
  • Oversee the timely submission of time tickets for accurate salary payments.
  • Implement cost-optimization projects and publish monthly reports on project performance.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate or Diploma/B.E. degree in any field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
