Customer Service Training Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our team and play a key role in the development and delivery of customer service training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory, instructional design, and classroom training. They will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions that cater to diverse learner needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging training content, including workbooks, assessments, and interactive activities.
  • Conduct thorough TNA (Trained Need Analysis) to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training solutions.
  • Train new hires on critical skills and knowledge required for their roles.
  • Develop individualized improvement plans for underperforming agents.
  • Monitor customer interactions, analyze data, and create short training materials to address common issues.
  • Own the responsibility for knowledge transfer of new processes and ensure seamless adoption by all employees.
  • Roll out process changes and related communications.
  • Manage the Knowledge Base, reviewing and updating content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in training delivery, with at least 2 years as a master trainer.
  • Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give constructive feedback.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects that improved customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
