Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer, located in Jaipur. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing students' progress, and providing feedback. The trainer will also be involved in organizing workshops and boot camps, as well as mentoring students to enhance their aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, and Verbal communication.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding students
  • Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in training for competitive exams or placements is a plus
