We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Trainer who is passionate about teaching and can effectively deliver training in both Hindi and English. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and a strong command of key modules such as SEO, SMO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Blogging, WordPress, and Basic Video Editing.You will be responsible for training students or professionals, designing course content, and ensuring learners gain practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.Key Responsibilities1. Training and Teaching Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on Digital Marketing topics, including but not limited to: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Google Ads Social Media Marketing (SMM) Email Marketing Content Marketing Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) Affiliate Marketing Mobile Marketing Influencer Marketing Marketing Automation Tools Ensure that students understand both theoretical concepts and practical applications. 2. Curriculum and Content Development Design, update, and revise training modules, slides, assignments, and case studies as per current industry trends. Develop quizzes, tests, and projects to assess learning outcomes. Create recorded video lessons or learning resources (if required by the organization). 3. Hands-On Practice and Tools Training Train learners to use digital tools and platforms such as: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc. Guide students through real-time campaign simulations and assignments. 4. Student Mentorship and Evaluation Provide personalized feedback, answer student queries, and offer career guidance. Track student performance and improvement areas. Conduct mock interviews and portfolio reviews to prepare students for jobs or freelancing. 5. Industry Relevance Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and tools. Share real-world case studies and campaign success stories. Invite guest speakers or collaborate with other digital marketing professionals for enhanced exposure.Essential Skills Strong command of English and [Insert Local Language if applicable]. Deep understanding of all key areas of digital marketing. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
