Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

The role of a Technical Leader is crucial in driving the success of our projects. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our technical teams and spearhead the development of innovative solutions.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Leader who can effectively manage and coordinate technical aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all technical requirements are met, and that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead technical content development and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of technical proposals and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and lean scoping between customer needs and reference architectures
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leading technical scope of customer projects or tenders
- Sound knowledge of Energy Automation solutions and products
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
