Technical Lead for Microsoft Power Platform

We are seeking a seasoned expert in the field of Microsoft Power Platform to drive business innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, architect, and develop custom scalable solutions on Power Platform using best practices and aligning with business objectives.
  • Provide direction to project teams, ensuring smooth delivery of quality work and guiding troubleshooting and solution strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical solutions with their strategic goals and producing technical documentation to facilitate solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs while promoting reusable assets.
  • Customize and extend Power Platform applications through configuration and development, maintaining documentation including solution designs and user guides.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Power Platform and other relevant technologies, continuously improving solution quality and innovation.

Required Qualifications :

  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Power Platform technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and administration.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Certifications :

  • PL-900 : Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (Required)
  • PL-600 : Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (Desirable)
