Job Title: Digital Platform Designer


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Platform Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to design and implement workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and methodologies.
