Digital Platform Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Platform Manager to oversee the performance and security of our corporate website and digital infrastructure.

  • This role is responsible for ensuring our website is fast, secure, functional, and effectively supports our marketing goals.

About the Role

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen, with a strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a business-critical website, with a proven track record of troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our website, handling all technical aspects of its operation and performance.
  • Managing and updating website content, landing pages, and blog posts, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Conducting regular website audits to check for broken links, design inconsistencies, and other technical issues.
  • Overseeing website hosting, domain renewals, and SSL certificates to ensure continuous availability.
  • Familiarity with technologies like headless CMS tools like storyblok, front end frameworks as react.

Performance & SEO

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring website speed, performance, and uptime, implementing solutions to improve user experience.
  • Working with the marketing team to optimize the website for search engines (SEO), including technical SEO, site structure, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Managing and implementing website tracking codes and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

Security & Compliance

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Implementing and managing website security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
  • Performing regular security scans, backups, and software updates (e.g., WordPress plugins, themes).
  • Ensuring the website complies with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in web development and management.
  • Proven experience managing a business-critical website.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Familiarity with website security best practices and protocols.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
