Executive Restaurant Director

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of our restaurant operations, including managing staff and finances. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
">Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality food products;
- Lead a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction;
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability through effective cost control, menu engineering, and inventory management;
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 years experience in the food and beverage industry;
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field; 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry;
Key skills include:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to provide exceptional guest experiences;
