Job Title: Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk-up existing key accounts, followed by strategic hunting for new logos and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable delivery plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage Service SOWs/MSAs, negotiate contracts, handle renewals, invoicing, and collections with finesse.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline aligned to client demands, focusing on swift time-to-fill.
  • Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; proactively identify potential risks and drive effective resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing expertise.
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, as well as IT hiring cycles.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), rate cards, compliance/SLA governance.
  • Prior exposure to Recruitment Operations, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and submittal quality assurance.
