Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to handle inbound calls from our valued customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

About the Role:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone
  • Offer solutions to technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate team member
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues while adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment handling technical support calls
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work extended or extra shifts as needed
