Key Responsibilities
Building a Lead PipelineYou will be responsible for creating and managing a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from renowned business schools such as Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge & Harvard. This involves guiding senior and top management executives through customized information sessions via phone and email.
Maintaining CRM Software and Following Up on Program MilestonesYou will need to ensure that details related to lead discussions are updated in real-time on our CRM software. Additionally, you will follow up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers.
Developing Best Practices and Mentoring Team MembersYou will develop best practices for interacting with customers, including standard FAQs, to capture value and recommend appropriate programs. You will also mentor and motivate an inside sales team to achieve high enrolments for all programs.
Leveraging Internal Relationships and Demonstrating a Positive AttitudeYou will demonstrate the ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move leads through pipeline stages. Furthermore, you will maintain an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organization.
Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in inside sales or consultative Edtech with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/Sales targets.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills.
- Strong phone/video call presence.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs, ensuring flawless follow-up skills to ensure leads move to closure.
- Pleasant persistence with customers, enjoying customer interaction, and maintaining positive phone manners.
- Ability to succeed in a revenue-oriented and sales-focused environment.
- Ability to work with limited direct day-to-day management.
- An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a start-up culture with a diverse and global talent pool.
