IT Infrastructure Delivery Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT infrastructure delivery team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end delivery of IT services, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive YoY revenue growth through the expansion of infrastructure services.
- Gross Margin Management: Own gross margin targets for fixed-bid and managed infrastructure contracts, ensuring optimal financial performance.
- Project Management: Oversee infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, adhering to fixed budgets and ensuring timely delivery.
- C-level Engagement: Lead engagement with C-level stakeholders, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of infrastructure services, focusing on quality, scalability, and security.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure services.
- Proven track record in P&L management and margin optimization.
- Expertise in infrastructure contracts and governance frameworks.
