IT Infrastructure Director

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to oversee our IT Infrastructure operations.
This key role will involve managing a team of professionals, overseeing projects, and driving business growth through technical innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage global IT initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and optimize the IT landscape to meet evolving business needs
- Implement standardized processes across worldwide locations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated with creative problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking and goal-oriented working style
- Sovereignty in dealing with customers
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- More than 5 years of leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of IT architecture, virtualization, and current network technologies
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL and security standards
Tech Lead Management
- Lead a dynamic IT infrastructure team to deliver high-quality results
- Drive project implementation, ensuring timeliness and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and maintain IT processes and policies
