Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and reviewing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial operations functions as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform/review daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial operations functions as assigned.
- Co-ordinate with different teams (both internal and external) to perform various daily/monthly/quarterly tasks.
- Complete ownership and accountability for timely and accurate resolution of cash breaks.
- Monitor status of aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution by following up with various stakeholders as required.
- Act as the primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team.
- Calculate, book and review deal-wise various fees like management, incentive/carry etc., as assigned.
- End customer satisfaction/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) satisfaction & process efficiency.
- Keep the Client/CRM informed about expected delays and reasons thereof on a timely manner along with a plan of action.
- Ensure all deliverables are achieved as per defined timelines and with expected quality for our Clients/CRM.
- Participate in calls/meetings between team, Client/CRM to help set expectations right and document the same to clear any understanding gaps.
- In-depth knowledge of various applications used to complete tasks.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis of problems and escalate to manager as needed.
