Job Overview

We are currently hiring for the role of Sales and Business Development Representative at E&L Consultatory Services. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate leads.
  • Promoting our products/services over the phone to new and existing customers.
  • Generating leads and setting up appointments with interested customers.
  • Providing information to customers and addressing their queries professionally.
  • Maintaining a database of prospective customers.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
  • Handling customer complaints or escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • A comfortable attitude towards making phone calls and interacting with customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
