Chief Manager

Key Responsibilities This role entails overseeing various IT projects and teams to deliver digital solutions and support. The Chief Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives across SAP, Supply Chain, Sales, and Regulatory systems. They will manage internal/external vendors and teams to ensure timely project delivery and seamless system support.

Essential Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead cross-functional IT projects to implement enterprise systems aligned with business growth strategies.
  • Drive IT compliance and GxP system validation for URS, IQ, OQ, and PQ phases.
  • Oversee IT operations for manufacturing sites, ensuring governance, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Manage internal/external teams and vendors to deliver digital solutions and system support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include successful project implementation, seamless IT service delivery, effective governance of multi-site initiatives, and high-quality user support. Experience in managing IT projects and delivering digital solutions is essential for this role. A strong background in IT operations and governance will be beneficial in driving the success of these initiatives.
