Key Responsibilities
  • Drive MBSE initiatives, system architecture, and Model-Based Design for Body, Chassis, and HVAC systems, ensuring ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 compliance and end-to-end safety lifecycle ownership.
  • Lead global validation programs, develop scalable test automation frameworks, and apply ML/data analytics for performance insights in mechanical, thermal, and vehicle dynamics domains.
  • Architect and validate digital cockpit and infotainment systems, integrating UI/UX, security, compliance, and localization requirements.
  • Partner with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, manage vendor relationships, and drive knowledge sharing.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams while pioneering digital twin technologies, thermal modeling, and indigenous feature development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 18-23 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, validation, and functional safety across Body, Chassis, HVAC, and Cockpit domains.
  • Expertise in ISO 26262, ASPICE, and systems engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and safety analysis techniques.
  • Strong command of CAN, LIN, GMLAN, diagnostics, and communication protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, dSPACE, ETAS-INCA, Vector CANoe, vehicleSpy.
  • Exposure to AUTOSAR, embedded systems, and real-time software.
  • Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards.
  • Experience in Agile, SAFe, and V-model development environments.
  • Experience in benchmarking and indigenous equipment development.
