Job Summary:
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team in innovation, teamwork, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage innovation and outside-the-box thinking
- Oversee hiring processes for the engineering team
- Coach and mentor software engineers to build the next generation of leaders
- Determine the strategic direction of the Accounts & Identities architecture
- Participate in Agile development process, including scoping, technical design, estimation effort, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, maintenance, and support
- Collaborate with program managers, marketing, designers, and software engineers to deliver new features
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- 10+ years of experience building traffic consumer-facing websites
- Good culture fit and excellent team player
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a get-things-done approach
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable units of work
- Strong product sense and ability to be a thought partner with cross-functional peers
- Hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to operate in a fast-moving environment

Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
