Job Title: Engineering Director

 

As a seasoned engineering leader, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling the core technology platform from ground up. You will drive AI-first strategies to solve complex, high-scale problems.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to build, inspire, and manage an engineering team. They will have experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based systems. A hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development are also required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
  • Build and mentor a strong engineering team, fostering ownership and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to shape product roadmap and vision.

 

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • 8+ years of strong engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based systems.
  • Hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, inspire, and manage engineering teams.
