Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Airport Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport systems and applications. This includes coordinating with crew members to ensure efficient utilization of resources, managing baggage handling systems, and creating reports as required.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of airline industry operations, knowledge of GDSS and DCS systems, and experience working on airport systems and applications.

  • Coordinate with crew members to ensure efficient utilization of resources
  • Manage baggage handling systems, including monitoring and operating automated systems
  • Create reports as required, including flight load sheets and baggage reports
  • Work with incident management and problem management tools to identify and resolve issues

Requirements include strong communication and analytical skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a commitment to achieving stringent SLAs. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Relevant travel experience
  • Knowledge of Airline Industry
  • Certified or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
