Corporate Action Manager

 

  • A highly skilled Corporate Action Manager is required to lead our team with exceptional leadership skills and NISM-Series-II-A certification.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of RTA operations in both listed and unlisted sectors, with the ability to manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines defined for RTA activities as per Master circular issued by SEBI.
  • This position entails managing all types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues etc.
  • Strong experience in unlisted equity admission, including SME/Main board IPO, is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling audits: internal audit, SEBI audit, system audit etc.
  • Additionally, they should be technically sound and have the capability to handle automation and integration of activities in software with support from IT.
  • Closely coordinating with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission-related matters efficiently will also be an essential responsibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in the Corporate Actions department with strong leadership skills.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RTA operations in listed and unlisted sectors.
  • Manage SLAs and timelines defined for RTA activities as per Master circular issued by SEBI.
  • Handle all types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues etc.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission-related matters efficiently.
  • Responsible for handling audits: internal audit, SEBI audit, system audit etc.
  • Ensure technical proficiency in automation and integration of activities in software with support from IT.

 

Requirements:
  • The applicant must possess a commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations.
  • Post-graduation is desirable.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in RTA/depository participant/share broking firms is required.
