Job Summary
\As a results-driven Financial Services Professional, you will be responsible for achieving disbursement targets with minimal delinquency. You will identify joint liability groups and disbursed loans that cater to target customers and geographies.
\Key Responsibilities
\- To ensure the achievement of set disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
- Identify and assess joint liability groups & disbursed loans that suit target customers and geographies.
- Develop and manage a team across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
- Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
- Manage disbursement, repayment and delinquency effectively, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
- Closely follow up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
- Undertake regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicant interactions.
- Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
- Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and foster brand identification with potential customers.
- Ensure weekly/daily meetings and centre visits.
- Basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.
