**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team.

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing features on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong background in JavaScript programming, as well as experience with HTML and Angular technologies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics. You should also have a good understanding of business rules, system configuration, and table management.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing client-side scripts and server-side scripts on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Creating Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Generating relevant reports to highlight information and utilizing the Performance Analytics tool to analyze data and identify potential improvements.
  • Designing and developing custom dashboards to enable stakeholders to visualize key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Preparing packages and components related to developments made.
  • Ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation to facilitate deployment and delivery management.
  • Developing and enhancing the service portal using HTML and Angular languages and/or UI Builder module.

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript programming.
  • Experience with HTML and Angular technologies.
  • Strong expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
  • Good understanding of business rules, system configuration, and table management.
  • Ability to create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
