Leadership Role in Supply Chain Management

Job Description

We seek an experienced individual to lead our Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on tight deadlines, collaborating with clients, and driving business growth. You will need to have a deep understanding of supply chain processes, including supply planning, demand planning, MRP, fulfillment, and logistics.

As a leader in our organization, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, manage budgets, and drive results. Your expertise in managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders will be crucial in achieving our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning, demand planning, MRP, fulfillment, and logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Experience in team leadership and collaboration

You should also possess a relevant degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving business growth.

Additionally, having experience with ERP/APS software such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial.
