We are seeking a strategic HR leader to oversee our talent acquisition efforts and optimize HR operations.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Oversee HR policies, employee relations, and partnership with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead the search for skilled professionals to fill various roles within the organization.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
- Performance Management: Establish and implement performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
