**Job Title:** Process and Capabilities Analyst

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business processes and capabilities that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

This may involve:

  • Designing Incentive Programs: Create and implement sales incentive plans that motivate our sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Developing Business Solutions: Develop new or enhanced business processes and capabilities to support our customers and partners.
  • Integrating IT Solutions: Integrate IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Interact with our management, stakeholders, and operational teams to drive results.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope.
  • Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.
  • Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment.

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
