ERP Manager

About the Role:

  • Ensure technology risk management activities in ERP for manufacturing processes align with compliance regulations and user access privileges.
  • Develop policies and procedures for data processing to maintain integrity and continuity.
  • Manage user access and passwords within the ERP system.
  • Lead technology risk management activities in ERP for manufacturing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Configure and validate critical fields and master data for manufacturing processes.
  • Integrate ERP systems with government portals and manage configurations.
  • Customize legal documents and output forms for customers and vendors.
  • Identify and prioritize user issues in daily business processes.
  • Develop MIS reports for compliance and finance requirements.
  • Assess and resolve user issues through front-end and back-end analysis.
  • Ensure security of transactions and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor system implementation and support, analyzing applications and data integration.
  • Keep ERP software up-to-date for GST and TDS compliance.
  • Troubleshoot all technology issues related to ERP systems.
  • Formulate strategies and policies for efficient ERP process management.
  • Manage and maintain all ERP business processes, including purchasing and inventory modules.
  • Purchase and upgrade ERP modules for business process improvement.
  • Coordinate with plant IT teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Build and lead a stable team with successful leadership skills.
  • Identify training needs and provide formal training and coaching.

Qualifications:

Graduate with 5 years of experience in ERP modules, including purchase, inventory, production, quality control, sales, export, finance, and HR.

Required Technical Skills:

SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD, knowledge of tables and fields for transactional data and master data.

Preferred Skills:

Customer-oriented, analytical problem-solving, action-oriented, continuous learning, and strong communication skills.
