The role of Senior Engineer – Oracle ERP Reporting is a critical position within the organization. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the design, development, and optimization of Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports.

This senior-level position will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting specifications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP reporting, with expertise in BI Publisher and OTBI. Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and downstream reporting solutions is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data structures, subject areas, and reporting metadata within Oracle ERP. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and optimization are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess good knowledge of finance processes and reporting cycles, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

As a Senior Engineer – Oracle ERP Reporting, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining BI Publisher reports to meet finance and operational reporting needs. You will also create and optimize OTBI dashboards and analyses, ensuring scalability and usability for end-users. Furthermore, you will partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting specifications, support data extraction and transformation processes leveraging OTBI and FDI, and ensure compliance with reporting standards, security, and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and optimizing BI Publisher reports to meet finance and operational reporting needs
  • Creating and optimizing OTBI dashboards and analyses to ensure scalability and usability for end-users
  • Partnering with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting specifications
  • Supporting data extraction and transformation processes leveraging OTBI and FDI
