Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.">
  • Create and manage monthly MIS reports, including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs actuals.">
  • Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.">
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.">
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making.">
  • Track and report financial and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility across functions.">
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.">
  • Manage statutory compliance in India and support UK compliance.">
  • Assist in preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.">

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.">
  • Strong collaborator, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.">
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records.">
