Key Role in Education Sector:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of high-quality capacity-building programs for teachers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) subjects.

This role involves planning, coordinating, and conducting workshops and courses using progressive pedagogical and adult learning methodologies. It requires collaboration with subject teams, analysis of participant feedback, and integration of this feedback into subsequent training sessions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of program plans and provision of inputs for academic calendar preparation.
  • Collaboration with other subject teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Analyzing and incorporating feedback from training participants to enhance trainings.
  • Providing direction for STEM programs aligned with current educational policies and guidelines.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for content development, research, school visits, documentation, and reporting. A Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, and B.Ed, or an equivalent degree, with 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs for teacher education, is highly desirable.
