**Job Title:** Process Trainer

As a Process Trainer, you will play a vital role in the onboarding and development of new hires. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training sessions that cater to the needs of our team members.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans that align with business objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring that trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees, helping them to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
